Are Your Highest Values Reflected In Your Daily Priorities?

In the midst of your busy day, it is easy to get side-tracked and forget what is most important. Relationships are not just an important part of your life, they are your life. The Apostle Paul wrote in the Bible (1 Corinthians 14:1) “Let love be your highest goal…”

If love is your highest goal, is it reflected in your daily priorities? If someone were to follow you around for one week, would they see it in how you spend your time? Are you spending plenty of time with those you love? Do you find yourself laughing with them? Are you speaking words of encouragement to them?

Every day we have opportunities to love and serve others. This is the kind of love God gives to us and wants us to share with others:

L –  Limitless Love (with no strings attached)

O – Overcoming Love (enduring problems)

V – Vulnerable Love (risking pain and rejection)

E – Empowering Love (helping others grow)

The apostle Paul also wrote in 1 Corinthians 13:13, “These three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”

What practical ways can you show your love to others today? Share your thoughts in the box below.
